The End of the Times of the Nations and the Coming of the Kingdom of Christ

English

Nearly 2,700 years ago, God revealed to the prophet Daniel the entire arc of world history from the Babylonian empire to the return of Christ and the establishment of His eternal kingdom. This booklet walks through the two parallel visions of Daniel 2 and 7 — the great image and the four beasts — showing how each successive world empire has been fulfilled with stunning precision in history: the head of gold was Babylon, the chest of silver was Persia, the belly of bronze was Greece, and the legs of iron were Rome. The feet of iron mixed with clay represent the present age of democracy, which is already showing signs of internal collapse as the prophecy approaches its end. The booklet anchors its interpretation in the Lord's words in Luke 21:24: Jerusalem "will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled." This "times of the Gentiles" began when Nebuchadnezzar carried Israel into captivity in 605 BC and ended — as Christ foretold — when Israel regained control of the entire city of Jerusalem in June 1967. Since then, God's focus has been turning back to Israel in preparation for the final seven years of Daniel's 70-week prophecy (Dan. 9:24–27). The booklet traces the convergence of signs that mark this transition: the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's eternal capital in 2017, the Abraham Accords of 2020, the arrival of five red heifers in Israel in 2022, and the ongoing preparations for the Temple — all pointing toward the imminent fulfillment of the final week. The booklet ends with the image of the stone cut without hands that strikes the feet of the great image and fills the whole earth — a picture of Christ's kingdom sweeping away every human empire and establishing God's eternal rule (Dan. 2:34–35, 44–45). What must each person do in light of this? Receive Christ through faith and baptism, grow to spiritual maturity, and be ready to stand before Him as an overcomer when that stone falls. Daniel 7:18 is the final word: "But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom.
